Thanks so much for the information. I have had one of the narrow Superscratchers for a long time and have even given them as gifts to friends cats. One evening as I watched my cat try to stay "balanced" on his scratcher while he slept, I thought about how great it would be if the Superscratcher was made larger! I had this great idea to let you know about because I knew my cat would sleep on it! I was pleasantly suprised when I found you already had the larger ones, and I did find one at the new Target! I was overjoyed and could not wait to get the gift home to "Taz". He has been sleeping on it ever since! Each cat I have ever had LOVES the scratcher pad!

We want to share with you about our cat and your SuperScratcher+ story.
We bought a SuperScratcher+ as one of our cat's Christmas gifts. The day I wrapped it and put it on a chest with other gifts, we found our 5 year old cat Nohea was on the chest. He was rubbing his face and sniffing the box. Because he didn't want to get away from the box, we decided to let him open the box before the Christmas.
He loved it very much.
We realized that the SuperScratcher was too small for him. (He is 18 pounds.)
We bought one more and we attached it to the 1st one. But it was still small, so we ended up buying another.
He sleeps daily on the SuperSized SuperScratcher+. He just loves it.
We want to thank you for such a good product.

I happened to see the Superscratcher+. I hadn't heard of it before and thought it was worth a try. Our cat, Katie, has been getting worse and worse lately scratching the couch and the living room carpet. I had to do something.
Do you know, she immediately took to it - and has NEVER scratched anything else since? My husband and I are amazed and very pleased. I am now telling anyone who'll listen how good this product is. Katie is quite fond of the Superscratcher+ and naps on it regularly!

I live on the beautiful Oregon Coast, in Newport. Sorry I don't have a video camera to record how my cat, Babe, enjoys your scratcher. She sharpens her claws and/or rubs her head on it nearly every waking hour. The SuperScratcher retains the catnip smell until it is time to replace the
unit, when the cardboard wears down an inch on each end from Babes vigorous scratching.
Babe, who is 14, is an indoor/outdoor cat, so I'll follow your suggestion and get some "Oat Grass to Grow" and plant some outside. Please feel free to pass my letter along as I really think it is the catnip that has solved
the flea problem for my cat."

I bought the Scratcher because my in-laws had one and when we brought our two cats over to visit they went nuts over it. So we picked up three more, one for our house in NH and two more for the house in Maine, so there's one for each cat when they are visiting. Finnegan is a "wild one" - we call him the rebel with the paws - and Brendan is a Buddha. They both love to just sit on the Scratcher after they've gone nuts on it. I have to admit my first reaction when I hear them is to say "stop that!" because I think they're going after the sofa. I was happy to find that you were an environmentally minded company.
I'll look for the terra cotta pots too.

I've never done a product testimonial before but I have to tell you that your "SuperScratcher" is brilliant. We had tried everything-our cat did not like scratching posts or pet playgrounds or any of those products. We finally gave up and since our furniture was pretty funky anyway, we just let her scratch the sofa. Recently, however,we bought new living room furrniture and we tried everything again. This time I also tried repellent sprays and sticky tape. I was considering one of those devices that emit a noise that keeps the cat out of the living room and even spoke to the vet about declawing, when I saw your product in a local store. Amazing - she loved it from the first second. We have now been through two scratchers and she still loves it. I have not once seen her scratch anything else in our home since we bought it. Also, my vet did not know about this product -I think it would be a good idea to promote this through vets as an alternative to declawing. Thanks again.

I am writng to let you know that I purchased my 5th and 6th SuperScratcher+ boxes yesterday. My cats absolutely love them, and so do I.
I purchased the first box about two years ago. Brought it home and it was an instant succcess. Went back and bought another within the month, as I have four cats and they were all using it. Subsequently, bought one for my parents' cat, and he loves his as well. Yesterday's purchases were the wider version, which,in my opinion,is a better design. In addition to scratching on them, our cats love to sleep on the boxes and rub their bodies on them, and the bigger design is better suited to the body of a cat. I love the cat scratcher because it really has solved our problem with the cats wanting to scratch our woodwork and on our furniture. Anyway, thanks for your product. Unlike many products in the market today, this one really does live up to its claims. Keep making them, and I will keep buying. Continued success.

I just saw your address on the back of the cat scratcher box and thought I would tell you about Beastie and his cat scratcher. I had to give up on the catnip cuz the dog would turn the thing over and it went everywhere but that certainly didn't deter Beastie! He not only scratches on it, but he lies on it, sleeps on it and occasionally will sit on it and yowl cuz he wants to be pushed accross the carpet. It's a great item!!!

We've been trying to negotiate almost any sort of compromise with
several generations of our cats for the past twenty-odd years to keep them from clawing furniture, carpet, and other random objects. Carpeted towers, sisal mobiles, ornate multi-story cat credenzas did no good whatsoever.
Until about a week ago, when we purchased a SuperScratcher+. Our three cats immediately went to the SuperScratcher+, drawn by the catnip I presume. They also immediately took the hint and much to our amazement have stopped clawing anything other than the SuperScratcher+.
And, of course, occasionally each other.
We immediately went out and bought two more so each cat could have it's own SuperScratcher+. Much to our amazement, our cats have stopped clawing anything other than the SuperScratcher+!" My cat has a SuperScratcher+. The scratcher came with my adult cat (she was given to me). When I received the cat the scratcher had already been in use for quite some time. I have had my cat now for 5 months. I vacuum the scratcher and apply new catnip to make it last longer. Sure does save my carpet!

Just wanted to praise you on the SuperScratcher+. It says on the box that it saves your furniture. I was doubtful, but bought it anyway, thinking it would at least amuse my cats. I do not believe in declawing cats, but I am stuck with two persistant scratching cats and my furniture is suffering! I bought two of the scratchers and immediately, they were drawn to them. I thought it wouldn't last and eventually they'd get bored. But to my surprise, the still scratch away at them, three weeks later. Nothing has worked like this!!
