Krotz Springs, Louisiana-based Midwest Cooling Tower Services LLC has acquired Industrial Cooling Tower Services Inc., a full-service cooling tower contractor providing services to the industrial and power generation markets. Industrial Cooling Tower Services, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, provides quality and professional services ranging from engineering/new construction to thermal upgrades, general repairs, maintenance programs and inspection services.

Midwest Cooling Tower Services LLC was established in 1984 and provides a full range of cooling tower maintenance and services to oil refineries and industrial plants, including upgrades, repairs, emergency work, basin cleaning, inspections and the provision of mobile cooling units to allow plants to continue operating during repairs.

Midwest Cooling Tower Services is majority capitalized by a fund represented by Dorilton Capital Advisors LLC in New York.
